REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations 5 days before to check-in will be offered a 100% refund.

All cancellations made 3-4 days before check-in will be offered a 50% refund.

All cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are non-refundable.

All refunds take 7-8 business days to be processed. We will always try to provide a quick resolution to our guests and process the refund as soon as possible.

Serenity Farmstay reserves the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or use of prohibited substances in the premises without refunds.

No refunds will be given if you spot any insects, spiders, rodents or any other wild animals as we are a farmstay and these organisms are in their natural habitat.
