HOUSE RULES

Consumption, possession and trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited in these premises and are punishable under law with rigorous imprisonment and fine. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if found to have illegal substances without refunds. 

Kids have to be accompanied by an adult at all times when entering the pool.

Cleaning charges for vomiting inside the pool/ house/ bed/ linen or on any other object is chargeable. In cases where replacement of linen/ duvet/ pillows/ carpets or any other object is required the guest will have to pay the replacement fee. Cleaning charges for vomiting where there is no replacement required is  ₹500 and  ₹1,500 will be charged for vomiting inside the pool.

Pets are not allowed inside the pool as they shed a lot of fur while swimming and this clogs up our pool skimmers and pump filters. Charges of  ₹2,500 maybe imposed to clean out filters if we find out that your pooch was in the pool. 

Check-in @2:00PM and check-out @12:00PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. 

Loud music is not allowed from 10PM - 7AM. Noise levels are to be kept under 50 dB during these hours.

Pool lights go off at 12AM and swimming after 12AM is strictly discouraged.

Inappropriate behaviour with any of our staff is strictly not tolerable and may lead to cancellation of your booking without any refunds. 

Damage to property is chargeable according to terms and conditions.

Food and Beverage service requires a minimum of 45 mins once the order is placed. Our manager will contact the guests well in advance to inquire regarding your food preferences  in order to reduce this wait time.  Kitchen closes at 10:30PM.

No smoking policy - We discourage smoking inside the villa or it's bathrooms in order to keep the air fresh and pleasant for the next guest. Please dispose cigarette butts in the ash trays and do not throw them on the lawn.

Please dispose all waste in the dustbins.

No refunds will be given if you spot any insects, spiders, rodents or any other wild animals as we are a farmstay and these organisms are in their natural habitat.
